If you are the shy/private types and would like to be left alone with your thoughts, that’s ok on this site. You wont be bothered. No spam. No e-mails. No BS. Just seek at your own pace!
For those of you keen to get involved with the urban monk diaries, here are a few ideas for you .
1. Leave your footprint: Make the most of your experience on this site. Add your comment to your favorite posts, so we’ll know which clue has made a difference to you – to refresh, rejuvenate and find freedom in the heart of the city.
2. Gang up with other treasure hunters: From Iceland to Thailand – from over 20 countries- there are fellow seekers like you, on our facebook page here. Get in there and start a discussion – with a complete stranger or a friend. They are all treasure hunters
3. Cross that obstacle: You may be just that 1 obstacle away from getting to Aha! Write to me (urbanmonkdiaries at yahoo dot com) about what’s getting in your way and get an Urban Monk perspective on it. If its a topic that will help others, let’s write and post it together.
4. Confused? Need help? Ready to give up? Dont listen to the magician. Keep at it. Let others know, if you could use a little encouragement.
5. Having too much fun, following the clues?: Want to spread the word of the treasure hunt in your town or city? Have some wacky ideas to share the clues with more people? Write to me.
Thanks and have fun! Good luck with the treasure hunt. I sincerely wish it makes a big difference in your life
And thanks for stopping by. I know there are many other things you could have done instead with your time , so i respect that.

I mention 8 rooms as a spherical mandala, that came of a process my partner and I did follow, out of inner guidance, many years ago. It is in an earlier blog on this website, titled “With a Spiritual Partner”
I invite you to read it, and note your suggestions for following a process of development. I am 85 now, my partner is deceased, but still spiritually alive.
After I read more here, I would like to review your site, if you are listed with Link Referrals. I am not a follower; I am one who affirms what you are offering.
I am asking for notifications of postings here. Helena Ackley
Hi Helena: Thanks for dropping by and sharing so much about yourself. Happy to read your blog and understand your experiences.
You can sign up to receive new posts by entering your e-mail ID in the subscription box to the right.
If for some reason you are stuck, send an e-mail to me (urbanmonkdiaries@yahoo.com). I will personally send new posts to your mail ID, as and when i publish them here.
Take care and keep shining.
