i am not an environmentalist/ right-winger/ left-winger/ artist/modernist/ new age follower/ religious fanatic /cynic/skeptic/prophet/scientist/warrior/ romantic/ idealist/ priest/ preacher/…….

All I do is :

Travel light, breathe easy, stretch lazily, see clearly, love liberally, work joyfully, sing loudly, play fairly, forgive instantly, apologize readily, learn quickly, share generously, dream freely …in short, live fully

3 months now resigned my job, doing nothing at home, just reading but feels like have done more than what I have done in last 26 years.. Never felt this free, this scared, this thankful… sceptic though still know there is “nothing missing”

Who are you and what makes you do (see clearly, love liberally, work joyfully, sing loudly, blah blah) all this so easily. The Mind is an unchained monkey and the constant Swing makes you or breaks you……..

The wisdom to get there will reveal itself in a way that is natural to you, and the strength to do it will come naturally from within you.

    Thats easier said than done……One min you are on top of the world feeling great and then for no reason you have that deep hollow feeling in you with that nagging question “what is this kind of life, UM I have everything and I still have nothing, there is just no joy in anything that I do. Why so UM, you make it sound so simple……I am still searching for that answer to my purpose in this life……………

    Thanks for sharing more about you. If I can say one thing confidently after all these years, it is this. It is easier done than said. All the words in this blog reveal their true power only if one decides to ‘Just try it’. As for the roller coaster ride you are in, be skillful. Use it to your advantage. When you feel overjoyed about something, pause and see “Who is it that feels this joy?”. When you feel depressed and empty about something, pause and see “Who is it that feels this sadness?”. It takes just one moment to realize the answer; but it could be the most important in your life. Have faith. Whoever has a burning question will always find the answer.
    When you find the answer, all your questions on purpose will be answered.
    Take Small moves. Small moves.
    One step at a time, taken with faith, with all your heart behind it
    and many moments of Aha! will follow
    I wish you have that joy in your life

Noting this too, but we have body mind and soul and spirit, as aspects of our being.

But, the cutting edge is how we live the life we have. We had burgers, with corn on the cob for supper last night. We had a family reunion two of our sons arranged, on the weekend of July 30,31,and Aug 1, with 3 sons and families, with grandchildren and great grandchildren. My blog is just a part of what I do.
